I used a style sheet (cal.css) to simplify the calendar pages and make them easier to edit.
cal.css works by modifying some tags to take new action:
   Sets general text type, color, etc. for "BODY"
   Anchor tag "A" sets 4 actions/colors for links: link&visited=blue; mouseover=teal; select/click=orange.
   "H3" tag prints *** followed by black text.
   "H4" tag prints *** followed by black text.

I think we need to leave the licensing_and_exam_sessions.htm page in the menu because it contains a lot of detailed information regarding testing location, etc. that does not fit nicely into the calendar.

We should probably also keep the "Breaking News" link to keep everyone happy - does not really hurt anything.
